The grown-ups question
Settings, the shop and anything that leaves the game sit behind a sum for adults (for example 15 + 7), so children can't reach them by accident. Tap the gear on the home screen to find it.
Buying the full game
What do I get?
The free game has the practice room and levels 1 to 4 of every section, played as the robot or the princess. The full game adds levels 5 to 10 in every section and six more characters. It's a single one-time purchase: no subscription and nothing else to buy.
How do I buy it?
Tap a room with a gold star (or a locked character), answer the grown-ups question, then choose Unlock the full game. Payment is handled by Google Play or the App Store; we never see your payment details.
I bought it before. How do I get it back on a new or reset device?
Sign in to the same Google Play or Apple account you bought it with, open the shop (behind the grown-ups question) and tap Restore purchase. A purchase on Google Play can't be moved to the App Store, or the other way round.
Does it work with Family Sharing or Play Family Library?
That depends on how the store handles one-time purchases for your family group. If the full game doesn't unlock on a family member's device, try Restore purchase there.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by the store you bought from, and follow its rules:
- Google Play: request a refund on Google Play
- App Store: reportaproblem.apple.com
If a refund is given, the full game locks again. Your child's progress is kept.
Progress and settings
Where is my child's progress saved?
Only on the device. There are no accounts and no cloud save, so progress doesn't move between devices. Uninstalling the game deletes it.
How do I start again from the beginning?
Open the settings (behind the grown-ups question) and choose Reset game. This clears all progress. It doesn't remove a full-game purchase.
How do I turn the sound off?
The sound switch is in the settings, behind the grown-ups question.
Does it need the internet?
No. The game works offline. The internet is only used when a grown-up buys or restores the full game.
Which devices are supported?
Android phones and tablets with Android 7.0 or newer, and iPhone and iPad with iOS 15 or newer.
